Environmental Graphic Design for Employee Engagement | Amazon Distribution Center

This project involved the design and execution of a large-scale environmental graphic installation for an Amazon distribution center, focused on enhancing employee engagement and workplace experience. The objective was to transform a high-traffic entry corridor into a visually impactful transition space that supports morale, energy, and a positive start to the workday within a fast-paced operational environment.

The design leverages bold, high-contrast visual movement and character-led elements to create a sense of motion and approachability while maintaining clarity, safety, and alignment with the facility’s functional requirements. Rather than serving a decorative purpose, the graphics were intentionally developed to humanize the space, reduce visual fatigue, and reinforce a welcoming internal culture for employees.

The final installation demonstrates how environmental graphic design can be effectively used within large-scale corporate and industrial settings to improve employee experience, strengthen internal brand presence, and create scalable engagement-driven environments across multiple facilities.
